At Flora Collections, every product is handcrafted with care.
Our standard dispatch time is 7 days from the date of order placement.
(Handmade products require curing, packing & quality checks.)
Once dispatched, your order will be shipped through our logistics partners.
Shipping timelines vary based on your delivery location.
We do not guarantee transit time or delays caused by courier partners, natural circumstances, or logistics issues. These are beyond our control.
A tracking ID will be provided once your order is shipped. You may follow the real-time status directly through the courier partner’s tracking page.

Cancellation Policy (Updated)
* Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
* After 24 hours, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted, as production begins immediately.
* Once dispatched, no request for cancellation or modification will be entertained.
